i hear robin's voice in my head even when she is not here

Yoga with Robin in the last 2 years has been the best investment toward my mental and physical health. She gives me a yoga sequencing repertoire that is tailored to my schedule, needs and body. It's empowering for me to have a tool at my disposal that I can use any time I want—not just when she is at my house.

Since I've been studying with Robin I am more in tune with my body. Robin customizes my yoga practice to help me with my needs: hip-opening for great flexibility, twists with emphasis on the shoulders to improve my posture and tricks to protect my wrists.

What I like most is that Robin listens to my needs and creates the perfect practice for me.

Even though all that she teaches me carries through to my time alone on my yoga mat, when she comes to my house to teach me, I get the added benefits of her intuitively pushing me to move a little farther into the intensity of my yoga poses than I would on my own. 

I hear Robin's voice in my head whenever I do yoga on my own, even when she's not here. it's empowering. She taught me to let my body lead me, and I also follow her sequencing tips.

What I love about private yoga instruction is that I do not have to go to a class at a yoga studio, and I do not feel that I judge myself when it's just me (or Robin and me). Without a group of strangers, I stay more present in my own body, which is—Robin says—the whole point of yoga.
